Please submit the abstract online after you finished the registration process.
All neccessary information will provide you during the abstract submission process.
We recommend booking via online portals such as booking.com or hotel.de.
Your name badge and your program brochure are available at the registration desk in the museum (poster exhibition). Please wear your name badge throughout the meeting.
We do not provide an abstract book. Please download the abstract PDF shortly before the meeting or use the online list of abstracts.
Are you a student member of GBM and present a poster at the conference? Then you can apply for a travel allowance (at the latest two months before the meeting).
Meals & Drinks
Coffee, tea and beverages will be provided for free during the coffee breaks.
During the networking on 26. Sept. Swabian soup will be provided at the Museum.
Please use your Eduroam for internet access during the conference. For all participants without an Eduroam account, guest access will be available.
Have you already registered online? Then please come to the registration desk (in the museum) before the start of the program and pick up your name badge and conference proceedings.
For late registration: Please come to the registration desk (in the museum) in order to register for the meeting.

The conference is spread over two locations.
The registration and information desk is located in the museum.
The lectures of the scientific program will be held in the Audimax (Neue Aula).
It is only a short walk between the two venues.
As a participant from abroad you may need a visa from the german embassy. If so please contact the meeting secretariat. We will send you the required invitation letter.
